Using our site
2.1. You are permitted to view and interact with our website, entertainment media and other content available for personal non-commercial use. You may share, link or print our content for personal non-commercial use or to recommend our services to a business owner / developer / decision maker.
2.2. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, you must not (whether directly or indirectly) copy, download, store, make available, distribute, sell or offer to sell or any part of the content or site, or download or otherwise copy (whether directly or indirectly) any content, files or data from this site to make or populate a database or publication of any kind whatsoever.
2.3. You can play or interact with media on this site or our publication on other sites under the account of Go Virtual Media Ltd.
2.4. You may share this website or our social media outlets to friends or colleagues, or simply ask them to visit our site. The permission to share to them falls under the responsibility of the sharer.
2.5. You must not use any part of our site or content produced by Go Virtual Media Ltd for commercial use without expressed permission to do so.
2.6. You may not display any content or media from our site or publication sites claiming you represent or declare you were the creator or a contributor to the project. Only clients and the client company brand the project was created for may display their specified project on their site(s) or other sites for personal or commercial use, but may not declare their creation of the project created under Go Virtual Media Ltd, or on behalf of Google.
2.7. Users, whether or not registered, must not abuse our contact facility. E.g. by sending malicious messages to us or sharing contact information to telemarketers, robot callers, scammers or surveyors.
2.8. You are not permitted to embed your content onto our website or publication sites under any circumstances.
2.9. You can share, comment, like, view and play our social media content. You are not authorized to copy our social media posts, banners, logos or material to promote your own company or personal commercial campaign.
2.10. You may not embed our content in any way that could bring us into disrepute or otherwise cause loss or damage.
2.11. You hereby agree to reimburse us in respect of all damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or as a result of any breaches of these terms or otherwise in connection with your use of our content.
3.1. As a member you are required to provide your real name.
3.2. You must keep your payment & contact information up to date should your contact details change and affects our service and communication with you.
3.3. You must choose an email, business address and contact number that you use frequently to ensure we can contact you should it be necessary.
3.4. You must not attempt to impersonate another person or company.

3.5. You are responsible for everything done using your account. If you think that someone else may have access to, or be using your account, you must report it to us immediately at email@example.com.
4.1. You are required to provide accurate payment information in order to be provided with our services partnered to the subscription.
4.2. Your subscription is paid automatically from your bank to ours via a transfer partner provided by the website developer. Go Virtual Media Ltd holds no responsibility breaches conducted by yourself, the website provider, or the credit transfer system.
4.3. You must keep your subscription active at all times unless you are changing your payment information which can be performed via the membership account.
4.4. If you terminate your subscription without consent we will remove your project from the tour host after 30 days. Your project will no longer be available to the public online and we will not provide you with on-going services.
4.5. You can cancel your subscription at any time, under the acknowledgement of article 4.4, that your project and all our other provided services and offers will be terminated.
5.1. You must not submit any material to our site, contacts, clients or social media that is:
(i) Defamatory, malicious, threatening, false, misleading, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, blasphemous or racist.
(ii) Indecent, obscene or of a sexual nature.
(iii) A breach of confidentiality or someone's privacy.
(i) alarm, anxiety or distress.
(ii) Encourage violence or racial or religious hatred.
5.2. You must not breech our intellectual property rights such as copyright and trade marks.
5.3. You must not action anything technically harmful such as (but not limited to) computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components corrupt data or other malicious software, harmful data or conduct:
(i) Advertise any product or services.
(ii) The impersonation of anyone else or misrepresent your identity, affiliation or status.
(iii) The encouragement or teachings of conduct that is criminally offensive, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise unlawful.
5.4. You must not post links for the purpose of personal business strategies.
5.5. You must not try to get around any protections we put in place for the security and operation of the site.
5.6. You must no re-submit deleted content from our site or social media.
6.2. Go Virtual Media Ltd abides by all human rights under the privacy rights act of public members. All clients, their staff and members of the public are censored or removed from our virtual tour services before publishing to external sites.
6.3. Go Virtual Media Ltd has the right to perform all our services under the permissions of the client.
6.4. The client holds responsibility for public privacy should Go Virtual Media Ltd be performing its services on the businesses property, whether there are members of the public present or not.
6.5. The public has the right to be excluded from the photography or filming process under the acception that they contribute to this by removing themselves from the area as the work is being conducted or until its completion.
6.7. Members of the public and staff from both parties are excluded from censorship during the production of virtual video content. Go Virtual Media Ltd cannot be held accountable for anyone being captured by the video device(s), and the responsibility of privacy therefore falls on behalf of the client.
7.1. Purchases made on our site is managed by our website developer and we cannot hold responsibility for payment issues under the responsibility of the clients bank or the website transfer system.
7.2. As a buyer, the client contractually agrees to the privacy and subscription terms stated in this page.
7.3. The client must inform us of payment changes.
7.4. Go Virtual Media Ltd abides by the product quality, price and responsibilities conducted throughout the project stated in the product and site information.
7.5. Go Virtual Media Ltd has the right to withhold all services if a payment is not met.
7.6. Go Virtual Media Ltd has the right to decline or reduce the size or duration of project content if they feel the property does not represent the purchase. E.g. A flower shop purchase for a garden center or a sound recording studio also consisting of a multiplex.
7.7. If the client has the intent of creating multiple projects (e.g. a retail store with multiple branches) it is their responsibility to order the necessary number of projects during the purchasing process.
7.8. The client is permitted to request a refund within 30 days of project delivery. A refund can be issued if the project be undelivered entirely or if the quality is sufficiently below expectation.
7.9. Go Virtual Media Ltd and the client will agree on a time and date to attend the project location mutually. Go Virtual Media Ltd might not be available at the desired time and date the client initially suggests and a suitable schedule will be met by both parties before project confirmation is set.
8.1. On occasion we will update our site to fix bugs, install updates and to do general diagnosis and maintenance of the site. We will try to schedule maintenance during times when we anticipate online usage is low.
8.2. We also need to be able to do emergency maintenance and/or suspend access to the servers where, in our reasonable discretion, we see the need to do that. We will try to have the site available again as soon as we think it's safe to do so.
Validity of these terms
9.1. If any part or provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
10.1 These terms are governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms.
