This Policy explains how we protect and handle any personal information you provide to us, including via our website, our social media pages / accounts, email, telephone and in person. It also covers any personal information we receive from third parties and provides you with an overview of your rights.
Who we are
Go Virtual UK is a company brand under the ownership of Go Virtual Media Ltd. We are a limited company trading in the United Kingdom on behalf of external company names and individuals.
We do not operate under any other name and do not hold partnerships with any other organizations that include the release of data and personal information.
What kind of information do we collect?
We collect data based on our website performance via Google Analytics including visiting log, page navigation, website visit duration, the viewers country of origin and store product navigation.
Account / membership
Your information is saved to our website development platform. Go Virtual Media Ltd does not hold responsibilities to data breeches stemming from our website developer platform. As a member you can save your name, address, contact number, product interest (wish list) and payment information to make future trading easier.
Your membership information is available to Go Virtual Media Ltd via our development tools. We do not trade your information outside of Go Virtual UK or Go Virtual Media Ltd, including company partners or any other 3rd party companies.
We ask our clients to provide contact information as a vital asset to your service. We request the client provides us with their contact name, project address and contact number or email address.
We do not request that the client provides us with their home address, just the project address such as 'Mia's Kitchen & Coffee Shop, 5 Market Street' rather than 'Mia Smith, 18 Holland Crescent'.
As a purchaser of our service, the client is made aware based on the product service that we create digital media on the premises of the client's business address.
We use the clients contact number or email to contact the buyer once a purchase has been made on our website to arrange the time and date the service will be performed.
The client is made aware of our contact information intent and we do not require further contact after the project has been completed.
Subscriptions / After-Care
Our client is advised to subscribe to our After-Care service should their project revolve around Google Street View.
Our After-Care allows the client to be provided with ongoing services and offers including virtual tour publication, tour update discounts, periodic tour refreshments and monthly analytics of the tours performance. For this we request the client provides us with an email address to deliver monthly notifications based on their After-Care subscription.
Google Street View
The majority of our projects are published to Google Maps / Google Street View by the permission of the client to promote business exposure. The project displays the clients company name and publication date in the top left corner of the online template. No other information is published, and all persons including staff and members of the public are censored / removed before publishing.
The tour publishing platform we use does not hold any information regarding clients personal information.

Google My Business
Virtual tours not on Street View
Some virtual tour services such as real estate tours are not uploaded to public sites such as Google Maps / Street View / My Business. These are uploaded to our online Amazon server (AWS) which provides a website link to the client that can be added to websites chosen & performed by the client. Go Virtual Media Ltd does not publish any information to AWS servers other than the client's final product.
Real Estate projects are hosted via AWS temporarily until the property is sold via the agency. We may contact the client periodically to discuss the properties status. Projects are removed from AWS when the property is sold to a buyer via the agency.
360 Video Projects
Public identities are not censored on 360 video projects. As the project owner, the client is responsible for the content based in video projects and the legal responsibilities that come from publishing to 3rd party websites such as YouTube for public exposure.
